Projects & payment

Each project starts with an agreed scope and a written quote.
Prices shown on the site are starting points; your final quote is fixed before work begins.
Payment terms (such as a deposit and final payment) are agreed before the project starts.

Ownership

Once your project is fully paid, you own your website — the design, the content you provided, and the files. We build on open tools like WordPress so you’re never locked in. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We take great care in our work, but we can’t guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
